END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single legal entity, hereinafter "Licensee" or "you") and 1EQUATION OÜ dba GrindEQ ("Licensor" or "we") for the GrindEQ Math Utilities software, including all accompanying modules, documentation, and updates (collectively, the "Product").
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE PRODUCT.
  1. GRANT OF LICENSE & TRIAL VERSION
    • Evaluation (Trial) Version: 1EQUATION OÜ dba GrindEQ provides a fully functional trial version for all available modules of the Product on a "try-before-you-buy" basis. This evaluation license is temporary and intended solely for testing the features, modules, and compatibility of the Product prior to purchase.
    • Commercial License: Upon valid purchase and registration, 1EQUATION OÜ dba GrindEQ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and run the Product on up to three (3) computers or workstations owned and used exclusively by you.
    • Restrictions: A single license for the Product is strictly personal to you. It may not be shared with, assigned to, or used concurrently by different individuals. All rights not expressly granted to you are strictly reserved by 1EQUATION OÜ dba GrindEQ.
  2. NO REFUNDS (ALL SALES AND FEES ARE FINAL)
    • Non-Refundable Policy: Because a fully functional trial version is available for all modules to allow potential users to thoroughly evaluate the Product before purchasing, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL LICENSES AND UTILITY FEES ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE.
    • Acknowledgment: By completing your purchase, processing payment, and receiving the software activation key or download access, you explicitly acknowledge that you have tested the Product via the available trial version and that the Product meets your requirements. No requests for refunds, returns, or order cancellations will be honored for any reason.
  3. DEVICE MANAGEMENT & PROHIBITED USES
    • Multi-Device Compliance: You are legally permitted to have the Product active on no more than three (3) of your personal computers or workstations at any given time. If you choose to deploy or use the Product on a new or fourth device, you are strictly required to completely uninstall and delete the Product from at least one (1) of the previously authorized computers or workstations before performing the new installation.
    • Prohibited Uses: You may not rent, lease, lend, resell, distribute, or provide commercial hosting services to third parties with the Product. You may not use the Product to provide internet-based cloud services, web services, or computing technology access to unauthorized users.
  4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & REVERSE ENGINEERING
    • Ownership: The Product is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. Title, ownership, and all intellectual property rights in the Product remain exclusively with 1EQUATION OÜ dba GrindEQ. The Product is licensed, not sold.
    • Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Product, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
  5. TERMINATION
    Without prejudice to any other rights, 1EQUATION OÜ dba GrindEQ reserves the right to immediately terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions, including exceeding the permitted three-device installation limit. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies of the Product and all of its component parts.
  6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. 1EQUATION OÜ dba GRINDEQ HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, LACK OF VIRUSES, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.
  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 1EQUATION OÜ dba GRINDEQ OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CONFIDENTIAL OR OTHER INFORMATION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PRIVACY, OR PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF 1EQUATION OÜ dba GRINDEQ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
    The Product may contain features that link to third-party websites or services. These third-party sites are not under the control of 1EQUATION OÜ dba GrindEQ. We are not responsible for the contents, updates, or transmissions of any third-party website, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by 1EQUATION OÜ dba GrindEQ.
  9. GOVERNING LAW AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    This EULA (including any official addenda or amendments provided by Licensor) constitutes the entire agreement between you and 1EQUATION OÜ dba GrindEQ relating to the Product. It supersedes all prior oral or written communications, proposals, or representations. If any provision of this EULA is held to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
