This website, located at grindeq.com (the "Website"), and the software products offered herein are owned and operated by 1EQUATION OÜ (doing business as GrindEQ), a company registered in Estonia under registration number 14421159, with its registered address at Sepapaja 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Website, customer accounts, and the purchasing process of GrindEQ software utilities. By accessing the Website or clicking "Agree" when prompted, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Website.
  1. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT AND EULA
    These Terms govern your use of this Website and the transactional process of purchasing software licenses. The actual download, installation, and usage of the GrindEQ software modules (including Word-to-LaTeX, LaTeX-to-Word, MathType-to-Equation, and others) are strictly governed by a separate End User License Agreement (EULA), which is presented to you during software installation.
  2. MERCHANT OF RECORD (FASTSPRING)
    All software license purchases, payment processing, and billing on this Website are managed, billed, and fulfilled exclusively by Bright Market, LLC (dba FastSpring), our authorized global e-commerce provider and Merchant of Record. By purchasing a license, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by FastSpring’s Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms.
  3. FREE TRIAL AND NO-REFUND POLICY
    To ensure complete customer satisfaction and product fit, GrindEQ provides free, fully functional Trial versions of all software modules for testing purposes prior to purchase.
    • Evaluation: You are strongly encouraged to download and test the Trial version to verify compatibility with your operating system, Microsoft Word version, and specific conversion needs before making a purchase.
    • No Refunds: Because we provide a free Trial period for comprehensive testing, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a registration code or license key has been issued, 1EQUATION OÜ does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
  4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the GrindEQ software itself, is the exclusive property of 1EQUATION OÜ or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Website or software.
  5. USER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
    To use certain services, such as the online conversion tool or to manage your licenses, you may be required to register a customer account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and password.
